Jon Reaves

Partner

Jon Reaves is a partner at Reaves & Lee Attorneys at Law, where he represents individuals injured due to the negligence of others. As a dedicated trial lawyer, Jon is not afraid to take a case to court when justice demands it. Whether through negotiation or in the courtroom, he fights to ensure his clients are heard, respected, and fully compensated.

Jon handles a wide variety of personal injury cases, including car and motorcycle wrecks, workplace injuries, and premises liability claims. His clients value his clear communication, strategic mindset, and willingness to go the distance—whether that means reaching a fair settlement or trying the case in front of a jury.
Before focusing on injury law, Jon worked extensively in the bankruptcy field, helping individuals regain control of their financial lives. That experience gave him a deep understanding of how legal problems affect real people—an insight that still shapes his approach today.

Jon earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from West Texas A&M University and graduated from UNT Dallas College of Law. He combines thorough legal knowledge with a no-nonsense, client-first approach to litigation.

Outside of the office, Jon is an avid motorcyclist and enjoys exploring the open road whenever he can. He also loves cooking, good wine, golf, and spending quality time outdoors with his wife and four children.
